I did not receive my order, what do I do now?
Please ensure the following criteria are met before placing an order to secure a successful delivery.
- Your Instagram account is set to public.
- You have typed in the correct Instagram username.
- You have not changed your Instagram username before the order’s completion.
- The account or post still exists and has not been deleted.
- The video follows Instagram’s guidelines and has not been restricted or removed.
- Allow 24 hours for completion of order delivery.

Why are my followers dropping?
I no longer want the followers I purchased, can they be removed?
All followers delivered are real from genuine Instagram accounts. Due to this benefit our team cannot transfer or remove followers once they are delivered.
As the Instagram account owner, you may remove selected followers from your follower list by blocking each individual user.
How do I stop follower replenishment?
If you no longer wish to receive replenishment to your account, simply let us know by emailing our team at support@socioboosters.com
How often does replenishment occur?
Are these likes and followers added all at once?
Can I run a SocioBoosters campaign with another third-party campaign simultaneously?
Why hasn't my order started?
All of our campaigns are “drip-fed”; our social media services take some time, and your new following will not appear overnight.
Our smaller packages take between 7 and 14 days to complete, and our larger campaigns can take 30-60 days depending on the size of the campaign. These campaigns look very natural, and you will not receive a flood of likes or followers in a short period of time.
Why didn't I receive an order confirmation?
Yes, but we don’t recommend it. We track our progress by your total number of your likes, and if another campaign of yours is increasing your likes simultaneously, it will count towards the promotion we’ve done for your page. However, we do over-deliver on all of our orders to account for any organic likes you’ve received on your page during our campaign.
Since we’re manually promoting your page, we do not have software to track exactly how many likes we’ve sent to your page; this type of software is only present with fake likes/bots, as all of the accounts would be in a single person’s control, making it much easier to track and differentiate.
We are not responsible for replacing likes that weren’t built by us as a result of a conflicting third-party campaign. It’s for this reason we recommend pausing your other campaigns before placing an order with us.
Does SocioBoosters offer any warranty?
Our service is ran by humans; please give us a couple of days to kick off your order, as we do have an order queue, and all pages are manually promoted. Targeted USA likes may take an additional day of preparation.
We will do our best to complete your order within the estimated delivery time on our website. If you feel it’s been longer than a few days before you’ve seen movement, or if we’ve exceeded our estimated delivery date, please give us a shout through our contact page, and we’ll give you a status update.
Are these real Facebook likes?
Yes. Our Facebook likes are real human accounts and are not created with software or other illegal techniques.
Can SocioBoosters promote a post or a photo?
Yes! However, you’ll need to remove any privacy restrictions from your page prior to placing your order so that your photo/status update are available to the public. Once that’s done, order any of our Fan/Business Page likes (top row of our Facebook pricing page) and supply the URL to your post or photo. We’ll take care of the rest!
Can I order more than one package?
Unfortunately we cannot split a single order between multiple pages. However, we do provide bulk discounts for these type of orders, reach out to us through our contact page with your goals, and we’ll give you a quote with your discount applied.
